"My wife and I stayed at the Altus Palace hotel (double room) for two nights in June 2024. The hotel and the room were absolutely gorgeous, and it has all the attributes of a five-star hotel. The location is perfect as you can walk to the old city. The hotel employees were all very friendly and helpful. The room had everything you could ask for, very spacious, with a beautiful bathroom and one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. The room had all the things we usually look for: an electric kettle, coffee maker, fridge, blackout curtains, iron and safe. A nice touch was that they provided multiple bottles of complimentary water (still and sparkling). As the hotel is located close to tramlines, we could hear the trams passing every few minutes. We are usually light sleepers, but it didn’t bother us too much. If you are a light sleeper, perhaps ask for a room as far from the tramlines as possible. I am not sure what the terms are for VIP access hotels, but we were not offered a room upgrade. The hotel gave us a voucher for 20 PLN ($5) to use in their restaurant. The room was great though, and we got a very good rate from Hotels.com. Car parking on-site costs 150 PLN/day, even more expensive than our valet parking in Vienna and Prague hotels last year. Overall though, we were very happy with the two-night stay and would stay here again."

"The suite we have stayed in was extremely spacious and beautifully furnished. The quality of the furniture and everything else in this hotel was superb. Staff was extremely kind and helpful, and location was great! We have stayed in many hotels in Wroclaw, but this one was best of all. I am looking forward to our next stay there. "

"The hotel is located literally in the city center, opposite the majestic old town hall. It is surrounded by a bustling market square with eateries, bars and market stalls. Public transport brings you close by, however the area is pedestrian. Checkin was fast and nice with lovely and correct staff. The room did not have a view (there’s an inner courtyard that’s closed for storage). However it was new, large, bright and very comfortable. Amenities included TV, (empty) fridge, desk, hairdryer, toiletries, blackout curtains. Breakfast was good, in the hotel’s dedicated restaurant. Buffet included sandwich options, some basic hot items (eggs, bacon) but not much sweet. Coffee, tea was from machines while juices were machine but also house-made. The one qualm I have is with the soundproofing. The market square gets super-loud at night and even a room such as mine with no direct access to the square was quite loud, what to think of the outside rooms? The bed comfort compensates somewhat but for those easy sleepers out there it’s important to note. I for one would return: the price/comfort point and convenience of everything being near are hard to beat. "
