"Ok, da billederne passede overens med Hotels. Hyggelig lejlighed. Irriterende der ingen emhætte var og at skraldespandene til hele pensionatet var lige ved vores vinduer. Gardinerne virkede for små til vinduerne så det kom for meget lys ind. "

"Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. Really wanna recognise the amazing staff for being hospitable despite the condition of the hotel. The breakfast was not bad too. The area is pretty near to everywhere we wanted to go so...

"Great place, especially if you have a car when it snows. It is around 1km away from all main sites by foot. The inclusion of unlimited access to Termy Zakopanskie is definitely a plus. We were in a triple room which was very large. Pool and kids area are in the adjacent hotel. House keeping lady was able to communicate in English more than most persons in Zakopane. "I stayed three nights with my two teenage daughters. Our experience was most positive in every way. The staff were very attentive and helpful to all our queries. The hotel is clean and quiet. There is good and reliable WiFi, and free parking in front of hotel was a bonus. We paid for breakfast which was varied and ample. I can safely recommend the hotel to all, and we would definitely stay there again when we next return to Tatry mountains."

"I stayed with my family for 4 nights.Absolutely lovely place with a lovely history ,very unique furnitures and old gadgets.Yummy breakfast every morning.Lovely view from the balcony.Short distans to see Biała Dolina & Krupòwki.I would recomend to everyone who wants to stay in Zakopane."

"Die Willa ist hervorragend, frisch renoviert mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück. Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben."
