"The hotel is in a great location. The facilities were very good and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was brilliant and had plenty of choices which were kept fresh, it was possibly one of the best breakfasts we've had in a hotel for a long time. The pool facilities are nice, although the pool is a little smaller than other hotels, the area clean and tidy with a few seats around the side. The hot tub was a decent size for a few adults though. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again if we were back up in York."

The staff are very friendly and the menu is great, the food cooked well and very tasty. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family and we'll be going back if we get opportunity to. "
