Enjoy the privacy of a stand alone home at an affordable price. With ocean and sound views, it is less than a two minute walk to the beach. Our clean and comfortable beach house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms all on one floor. The house sleeps 8. We are pet friendly too. You will be renting directly from the owner, and we want to make sure you enjoy your stay at our house.

Price includes all bed linens and towels. For your convenience, we provide beach towels as well as beach chairs, a beach wagon, and various beach toys for kids. We also have a stroller and Pack n’ Play if needed. To get you “started,” we also supply complimentary essentials such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and Keurig coffee cups.
*New mattresses in all bedrooms as of June 2024.
*Information regarding bed linens-We have 2 sets of bedding for each bed. All bedding is changed out and washed thoroughly between each rental. This includes all bed quilts, pillow shams, and sheets. The beds will be all ready when you arrive along with clean towels.

The location of this house allows you the convenience of walking to and from the beach easily. It’s a quick, straight walk to the beach. You can see the ocean and beach access from the front porch. Relax on the front porch while taking in the view of the sound on one side and the ocean on the other side. Enjoy time together in the large, open living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen area. Each bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room and each bedroom has a flat screen television equipped with Roku, Hulu Live, Netflix, and other streaming sites. You can watch local channels too. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with separate shower and large tub. There is a washer and dryer and high speed internet for your convenience.

Our home is located between the two bridges on the island in North Topsail. The house is approximately 5 miles from Surf City. Our home is on a quiet, dead end street on the sound side. Kids can play outside. You can rinse off after the beach in our enclosed, outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is also a picnic table, gas grill, and additional seating under the house. Plenty of parking. There is even room for your boat. Grassy area for your four legged friend too. Andrews’ Produce, seasonal, is walking distance right around the corner.

My family had a wonderful time visiting Topsail. The beach house was the perfect size for my family. It was very clean and exactly what was seen in pictures. The short walk to the beach was wonder. We plan to visit Topsail again next year and would definitely rent this beach house again.

The house is located just a short walk away from the beach access and a short drive from all of topsails main amenities. I had an excellent time with my family and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice comfy get away

Great location & views

Really enjoyed the house and its amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed for some quick meals at home. Convenient to Aneads Ferry where we visited Topsail Island Brewing, Surf City where we enjoyed Mini Golf and Mexican dinner at Margaritas. Convenient beach access where we enjoyed walking on the beach.and swimming.

Perfect beach getaway!

We had a great time at this lovely beach house! Perfect location! Very short walk to the ocean! The sunsets were amazing off the front deck! Having everything we needed for a perfect day on the beach was the best part! We even had an adventure riding out tropical storm Ophelia! We will definitely be back!

Good house and location

The house is in a great location. From the porch you have both ocean and sound views. The kitchen is well stocked and functional and the house is very comfortable with plenty of seating in the living room area. We will consider this house again if we find ourselves back in Topsail Beach.

Quiet Winter Beach Stay

My family and I were very happy with this beach house. It was a 3 minute walk to north Topsail Beach and the Sound sunset views were amazing. It was a short drive to gift shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including sheets, towels and a well-stocked kitchen. We would love to return on another holiday!

Great beach getaway!

We loved this house. It was a quick easy walk to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and use of the beach wagon was really nice. We spent a lot of time outside under the house feeling the nice breeze and our kids rode their scooters. The outside shower and hose was nice to rinse off all the sand before going back inside after a day at the beach. We also enjoyed fruit from the produce stand around the corner. Thanks for a great beach vacation!

Fishing trip

Great house. Plenty of room. Great location. We liked being able to pull our vehicles under the house. We have our fishing gear in the back and its nice to be out of the weather loading up. Hopefully we will be back next year.

Heaven on Earth

Not sure how we were so lucky to find this gem at such an amazing beach! Home was clean, furniture was new and starter supplies were plenty, especially doggie poop bags! See the sun rise and set from the deck. New outdoor shower is perfect after the beach which is VERY close. We will be back!

Shore Happy To Be There

We enjoyed everything about our stay!! The house is very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The walk to the beach is short and the beach was uncrowded. Sunset views over the sound from the deck or living room are fabulous!! It was a nice bonus to have a wagon and beach towels supplied and a real plus to have a grill - especially one that worked. Another plus is that our family dogs were able to join us at this pet friendly property. We loved staying there and highly recommend this property to everyone who may be considering it for their beach vacation.

Love this place!

This is our second stay in this lovely house and it does not disappoint. Great location with only a short 5 minute stroll to the beach access and lovely sunset views from the deck. The house is one of the nicest among the 15+ we've stayed at on Topsail over the last 10 years. Lovely open layout with newer furniture, appliances, mattresses etc. Super clean and with supplies to spare. Perfect for a family of 4--everyone has their space but also set up great for games and chill time. Communication around check-in was prompt and clear. Highly recommend. We'll be back!!

Great location, comfortable house

We had a great time staying at this location. It was a very short walk to the beach and was easy to cross the main road. The beach location was very uncrowded; the sand was super soft and the water gorgeously clear. Location was ideal as it was a short drive to the town for ice cream, restaurants and such, but isolated enough that the kids could bike on the dead end street. In addition, north topsail is known for its numerous turtle nests and there was many within a short stroll on the beach! The house itself was in good condition and as advertised! We enjoyed the extra supplies left to make things a little easier on the travel (aka extra chairs, sand toys, gas grill). The closets has many supplies for our use including games and puzzles. The kitchen had supplies with many types of spices, dishwasher detergent, etc so it made it easy to cook. Overall would recommend this house.

Great place to stay

This is our second time visiting Topsail and this was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean. Beautiful view. The neighbors on either side were so courteous and considerate. I would recommend staying here. There were no issues at all.
