    The AC works great. A sparkling new upstairs shower was just installed in September 2025. Cute and well appointed, perfect for 2 couples or a family. Sleeps 6 very comfortably and can accommodate up to 9 people.
    With a queen bed in the upstairs master, a full size bed with a twin bunk above in bedroom 2 (upstairs), and 2 more full-size beds in bedroom 3 downstairs, this wonderful property offers a peaceful retreat for families or groups of friends. WiFi, Washing machine and dryer. Full kitchen for when you prefer to dine in. Outdoor shower. Fenced yard. Walking distance to several public beach accesses and the North End's famous Tiki Bar.

I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay for a weekend getaway! The home was so cozy and had so much space. Very clean and just adorable! It was perfect having 2 public beach access points steps away from the front door which made going to the beach a breeze! I would and will absolutely stay here again. Our stay at this beach home in Topsail Island was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The location truly can’t be beat – just a short walk to the beach with stunning ocean views right from the front screened in porch.
