"Everything was great, except one thing. picture this...its check out time, im walking out with luggage and a birthday balloon. There are FOUR employees standing at the check out desk. Instead of them saying, "Safe travels. thanks for staying", or "have a great day, beautiful safe", they proceeded instead to stare as I walked away with no pleasantries at all. Let's try greeting every guest , coming and going."

"Open and inviting Lobby area with coffee shop. Close to mall and they have a shuttle to the mall as well. Very nice restaurant. Chicken sandwich was delicious. Nice room. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing a bit odd was the elevators seem old and out of place for this nice hotel."

"Lovely hotel with very well-trained staff. Room was spotless as were all the public areas. Big sporting events were in town (volleyball national championship; special athlete event), and so hotel was sold out. But it did not feel crowded. The pool was closed due to repairs, but that happens. Fire/Lake Restaurant is fabulous."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would improve is to have more electrical outlets and/or modern device chargers available in the room. There were very few electrical outlets, and of those that were available, two were so loose they were unusable -- the plug would fall right out as soon as you let go of it. There were some old-style USB charging options, but most devices don't use that style anymore, so unless you bring your own adapter, they aren't usable."
