Welcome to Deer Ridge! This beautiful hilltop venue for small weddings or reunions is a truly special place! This 3 acre private estate includes a luxury main home and 2 treehouse cabins. This venue can accommodate up to 30 day guests and 14 overnight guests (8 main house, 3 each treehouse cabin).

The property and all accommodations are yours to enjoy with 3 acres of privacy. The main yard features a log gazebo and we can assist with seating for up to 30 people (please message us for details). You are welcome to bring your own catering or we can provide local suggestions.

The Main Estate Home:
The main home features over 2000 sq ft of living space and serves as the perfect hub for your group. Featuring a gourmet kitchen built from the ground up with serving large groups in mind. 3 convection ovens, a large built-in fridge, and tableware for up to 30 people insures everyone is well taken care of. There are 2 dinning rooms with seating for 12 people, plus more seating throughout the home. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allow everyone to have a place to get ready and feel comfortable. An epic library arcade will keep your little ones (or young at heart) busy for hours! multiple machines featuring dozens of games are yours to enjoy. There is a mountain view hot tub outside for those who would rather relax!

Treehouse #1
The Sasquatch cabin is actually world famous! This 2 story treehouse has been featured in multiple magazines and online articles as one of the most romantic places in the USA! It features a luxury soaking tub, kitchenette, queen bed, a small futon, and bathroom.

Treehouse #2
The Ole' Mill is a true Americana classic perched 15 feet up in the air and features incredible mountain views! A 10 foot diameter waterwheel graces the exterior as well as its own private hot tub and fire pit. Inside there is a luxury soaking tub just like the one featured in the Sasquatch Cabin. There is a full bed and a romantic reading loft with futon.

Gathering area:
The main yard is a great place to bring your whole group together. An additional fire pit and large flat area off the gazebo is where most choose to set up for their event. Need set up help? Just ask. For a reasonable hourly rate, we can arrange for an onsite property manager to assist setting up chairs or helping to keep facilities clean while you focus on your special day.

Important property facts:
All 3 acres, the main home, and the 2 treehouses are yours to enjoy. All guests will need to know there is no additional street parking and that they are not to drive past our well marked driveway. No loud outdoor P.A. systems are allowed. Reasonable volume music from 8am to 8pm is permitted with host approval.

Guest Access:

From the moment you arrive, your privacy is completely respected. That being said, we are available 24/7 to support if requested.

Interaction with Guests:
We do not interact with your group in person unless requested. We respect your privacy.
