With three levels of living space, there's plenty of room for the whole family to stretch out. Take in the views and the fresh alpine air from either of the two balconies. The living room has a wood-burning stove, and the backyard has an outdoor firepit.
Located at the top of Hyak Estates near the base of Hyak Sno-Park, there are trails leading to Nordic skiing and a sledding hill. For downhill skiing, the Rampart Ski Lift on Summit East is a short walk away. Silver Fir and Summit Central are less than a mile away, and Alpental is just under five miles away. During the summer, there are numerous trailheads for amazing hikes through the forest or to pristine lakes.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
