"The room wasn’t super clean when we checked in. As a parent of children with allergies, it was clear that most surface had not been wiped down in some time. The shower was impossibly small. I understand that this is an older property that’s been retrofitted, but it was barely usable and we are not large people. I know they can’t really do anything about this from a space perspective, but the parking sucks. It’s not unreasonable that a family may have more than one vehicle for a variety of reasons and there’s no provision made for this, nor is it made clear during booking that there is only one space available per room. Perhaps consider some additional resources for close by parking. "

"I had a great time staying here and would definitely stay again. Great location. My only issue was the room size, but I booked same day as our trip so there were limited rooms available and I did not do as much research as I should have, so definitely my own fault. The single room was very compact and did not have a porch. If you're staying for more than a night, a suite is definitely the wiser choice. "

"Great ocean view, however one elevator was functional the entire week we were there. It’s a large hotel to only have one working elevator. Housekeeping is supposed to be every other day, however we did not have anyone attempt to clean our room in 5 days. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the front desk and get a new roll, as well as clean towels. Our trash piled up so much that I resorted to taking it down myself to a large trash can by the ice machine. For almost 300 a night I expected a little better service. "

"Although this location was very convenient and it is upgraded there are still major flaws. The walls are paper thin, you can here every single noise and slam upstairs and next door to you. It caused me to leave early because I could not take it any longer. There is no pool, I looked everywhere for it. Even though there’s pictures and it says on Google there is. There’s a weird smell that is lingering inside of the room I’m not sure if it was mold or bad cleaning products but it left me with a headache. Also there is no parking for building 0 because it use to be an office and I was never notified on the clarification of where o was supposed to park. I did ask for a refund and was refused via Expedia because they do not message back. "
