"It was a very nice inn to stay at and very comforting. The staff was very friendly and room was very clean. The parking garage was nice but hard to maneuver larger vehicles because it’s to tight."

"We loved the house — what a beautiful view! The house was large with a nicely stocked kitchen, spacious dens and decks on two levels and enough space for the seven of us to spread out. We enjoyed the fireplace (with lots of stacked wood), the hot tub, and the fire pit. The board games and puzzles were also great. Our son and GF brought their dog; we enjoyed long walks in the neighborhood. The host was terrific about explaining the expectations of taking care of the furniture while having the dog with us. We enjoyed watching the mountain bikers who were going down the slopes. We also hiked nearby and had a side trip to Cass. We also enjoyed a night out at the brewery in Snowshoe. The host communicated quickly and was helpful. We also appreciated the beautiful fall weather — thank you for arranging that! We also happened to be there at peak time for the leaves changing in West Virginia. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the amenities. Everything was as described. Eric was in communication quickly when needed.This vacation was relaxing and the view plus the wildlife was awesome. The sunsets each night made each day special.We stayed in last summer so as expected this is a winter resort and in summer there is not as much hustle and bustle on the mountain and that made it a perfect getaway.Our 88-year-old father had his first s'more in over 20 years and loved every minute of the fire pit.This was one of the few places on the mountain that had only 1 step into house or from the garage to the house, which was perfect for a senior with a walker."
