ACTUAL pictures of the condo you will stay in, so you know what you are getting! You don't know what you're getting when you rent from Snowshoe. Just upgraded to HDTV cable. with 7 slope webcams. Nice amenities provided also. Boot Dryer!

3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Split Rock Pool and Hot tubs(for a fee) across the street up the stairs. FREE Long Distance and 25mb High speed WiFi Internet! If you like wildlife, the Deer are here and beautiful sunsets.

Sleeps 6 adults on beds and 2 more kids on the pull out sofa(more than 8 will forfeit your booking) . 50' Flat Screen TV with Home Theater System. Speaker system for playing your favorite tunes.. Vented Gas Fireplace. Large Covered porch/deck/balcony with a Gas Grill and chairs. Very private and cozy.

New wood floors, carpet, furniture, fixtures, counter tops, all new appliances, etc. The Condo Complex varies greatly in quality of the unit depending on the owner. Some have never been upgraded and some are 5 star.

No check in is required because their is a key lock box and you can park two vehicles right outside the condo. Linens are included in all rentals.

Attractions/Activities are Golf, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Fly Fishing. Kayaking, NRAO, Cass Scenic Railroad, Seneca Rocks and Blackwater Falls and of course Snowshoe!

Great spot for a family

This location is great spot for a big family or two small families. I’ve stayed in various locations around Snowshoe and this spot takes the cake. I usually struggle to sleep well but not a problem here. The main bedroom had a very comfortable bed.

Ski Trip

Accommodations were fine - exactly as indicated in the listing. We experienced some of the best skiing conditions at Snow Shoe 1/24 - 1/27.

Great time

We enjoyed our stay here, we had a beautiful view of deer right outside of our balcony. The place was cozy and just a short walk to the slopes or free shuttle service.

The host jim was prompt in responding to questions and accommodated the five of us well on very short notice. The condo was perfect for us and it was close to snowshoe village which made everything convenient.

Great time with family

Short vacation with our son and his family. Road the train at Cass. Saw the GreenBank telescope. Little disappointed that there was not much open in the village but had a good time on the ski lift and at the boathouse. Grandson road his mountain bike. Had a great time!

Older but nice

This is an older property that is close to the town of Snowshoe. It is an uphill wallk to get to the town. The unit is older and could use some upgrades but it was fine.

annual trip with the boys

this property was awesome.... conveniently located , very clean, everything worked, no problems except for the conditions on slopes.... they sucked...!!! lots of dirt and rocks... but we had one of the best trips ever...!! The boys just loved it... we'll definitely stay again... summit bldg "D" was a bright spot , thanks soo much....

Comfortable

This condo is in a great location. It is across from the main village so you get a little space from the village noice but are not far away. During our stay there was a shuttle that ran all day and into the night that will take you all over the village. Once you park you do not have to use your vehicle again unless you are going somewhere off the mountain. Loved that! The condo was very comfortable had everything in it we could need. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Whether you are skiing or just relaxing this was is a great place to stay.

COZY CONDO!

I highly recommend this property. The owner is quickly responsive and highly attentive to our needs. Instructions are precise. The seasonal decorations were beautiful and the other decor, right down to the thermometer was very interesting and added to our entertainment. We brought joysticks and enjoyed games during adverse weather. Deer came to the back balcony to graze, where we cooked dinner on the grill. We found everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. It was nice having the washer and dryer. The fireplace gave a romantic aurora. The climate was controllable throughout the condo with baseboard heating dials and ceiling fans. The windows gave an awesome view of the mountain beyond where the deer graze and the window in our bedroom gave us a way to keep an eye on our truck in the parking lot. This condo is inviting and cozy.

A Deer Retreat!

We returned again for a great stay. This time we brought the grandchildren. Everybody had plenty of room. We cooked meals and played Sequence, provided at the condo. Everyone enjoyed visiting with the deer, which came right up to the back patio. We had everything we needed in this cozy condo, including televisions, telephone, and Internet.

Short walk from the Village

A absolutely wonderful stay! It was spacious and was less than a 7 minute walk away from the Village. Jim was extremely responsive in answering any questions I had during the stay.
