Condo Description:
This is a "one of a kind" property located in Silver Creek Lodge, right next to the Silver Creek Ski slopes and tubing hill. It is approx. 2 1/2 miles from Snowshoe Central Village. This 2-bedroom Brigham rated condo has been totally re-built. Featuring a modern design with eclectic décor throughout this condo has an open concept living / dining / kitchen combination and 2 large bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms.

The living room offers a wide screen television with a surround sound entertainment system, cable television, X box S with controllers for gamers and Roku TV. Wireless internet is available thru out the unit. Also, In the living room there is a red convertible sofa. We also have available a queen size air mattress for use instead of the sleeper sofa. The condo has its own laundry facility consisting of a front load washer and vent less dryer.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, electric fireplace, flat screen cable television and wide entry doors (wheelchair accessible). Its adjoining bathroom offers a spacious corner jetted soaking tub and glass top vanity with a vessel sink.

The 2nd bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, electric fireplace and flat screen cable television. On request the twin beds can be converted into a short king (please request at time of booking). Its adjoining bathroom features a walk-in shower with floor to ceiling glass mosaic tile.

LIKE TO SKI? Silver Creek at Snowshoe Mountain boasts: SKI-IN/SKI-OUT, Tubing and Night Skiing. The entire mountain is located at Silver Creek with wider ski trails just outside our Lodge doors. Inside you will find:
• at the door Check-in with Key Pad entry, no need to go to the Front Desk to Check-In,
• Indoor/Outdoor Heated Pools and Hot Tubs (with handicap lifts), Sauna, an Exercise Facility;
• Clothing Shop, Sports Bar, Mini Mart/Coffee Shop, Gift Shop, AND NEW THIS YEAR (GREAT FOR KIDS) THE BIG TOP KIDS CTR HAS MOVED TO SILVER CREEK. It is a smaller version, but it will be great for all our Silver Creek guests who have children,
• On-site Ski rentals & Lift Ticket Sales.
Snowshoe provides free Shuttle Service to and from the Village and all Snowshoe slopes, every 15-20 minutes (call for pick-up in off-season). We have 60 trails. The largest resort this side of New York!

SUMMER INFORMATION
The summer months on the mountain are a great get-away from the bustle and the heat, as the temperatures rarely reach the 80's. Prepare to be 'blown away' by the sheer majesty and beauty of the West Virginia Mountains. See the stars as you've never seen them before while you relax in the Jacuzzi at the end of another great day at Snowshoe.

Off-Season activities at Snowshoe include RAVEN--a Gary Player signature 18 hole golf course, rated one of the top mountain courses in the country, Our Adventure Center for the kids and young adults; best mountain biking ever, lake activities, fishing, paddle boats, scenic lift rides, shopping and Restaurants are all part of the village atmosphere at. Fees: the only fee we charge is the HOA's daily parking/amenity fee which pays for the internet (unit wifi & building cell phone - AT&T), pool and parking lot access. We do not charge a unit cleaning fee.
