There is a lot of space in the living areas and bedrooms. New kitchen appliances. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and a new KING bed in the Master with a queen sleeper sofa. LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

Everything about this trip was excellent. The location couldn't have been better. The room was in excellent condition, had all the amenities, and was so cozy. We will definitely be back to Rimfire 151.
We enjoyed the proximity of the rental. The extra space in the entry was amazing, because the closer downstairs lockers were small to hold ski/snowboard gear for 4 people. Overall, our trip was pretty seamless-aside from noisy upstairs neighbors. The walls are pretty thin, so your level of quiet and ability to get a good night of sleep may vary depending on your neighbors.
We had a delightful check in experience and the condo was as described. There is a nice sized porch with a lovely sunset view across the parking lot. Accessibility to the village shops and restaurants was perfect. I would rent this unit again.
We visited Snowshoe for a 65th birthday gathering and the 4848 Music Festival. The Rimfire is a perfect location for any event in the Snowshoe Village. The convenience of the location is perfect and we found the property clean and well equipped.

The condo was not cleaned and ready when we walked in. The rental agency gave us the key cards and said it was all ready (we arrived after the 4 pm checkin time). We immediately called the rental agency. We went to dinner and by the time we returned they had cleaned and prepared the unit for us. Once we notified them, they apologized and responded quickly to fix the issue. I would have given 5 stars if this had not happened. Everything else was great.
I found hair on the bed when we first entered which completely threw me off, some kitchen supplies were dirty and the cabinets were not super clean either. Most kitchen supplies including pots were super old and looked very bad. The description said mountain view but only from one window you could see little of mountain, it should have indicated that it is mostly parking view! The pillows were so uncomfortable, we all had neck pain during and after the stay. We asked for daily cleaning before check in and at check in, both times declined. Not a good experience overall. On a good side the unit was spacious.
My family and I had a great skiing weekend at Rimfire 151/152. Everything was as mentioned in the listing. Checkin was available to us at the village, so we didn’t have to stop skiing to drive down to the bottom of the hill to pickup keys. Most comfortable beds, pillows and bedding, would love to know the brands!!!!
