Der Kühlschrank war leer; das Frühstück zu aufwendig zu besorgen; keine Gläser oder Tassen vorhanden. Direkt an einer Verkehrsinsel gelegen. Die Klimaanlage nicht spürbar. Nette und freundliche Nachfragen durch den Wirt. Schön gestaltetes Zimmer und Bad."

"Should you wish to stay in Colico Lake como you would not go wrong with staying here . As we entered the property we new straight away we would be safe and was not wrong over the stay . On check in the staff where simply amazing ,helpful wanting to make sure your stay starts well and you are comfortable on being shown the room was exceptionally clean and every thing you need for your stay ,coffee machine ,fridge ,ample place for storage bedding so soft and comfy. You then see the view out onto the lake with the harbour below and also a view of the pool. I can only say from a personal point of view this was such an amazing place to stay and it comes down to having a great place but most importantly staff that want to help you as a person not just another client passing through to get out the way and next one in. I would be very proud as an owner to have staff working for me and such a credit to the company . Thanks Darren Kingsnorth and Family"

The hotel itself is beautiful, with a fantastic location on the shores of Lake Como, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, always greeting us with a smile, taking the time to chat, and going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was the reception team helping with local recommendations, the restaurant and bar staff delivering outstanding service, the kitchen team producing delicious food every day, or the housekeeping and wellness staff keeping everything immaculate, everyone contributed to making our holiday unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff, especially Rossana. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine warmth made us feel less like guests and more like family. "Lovely stay, clean room, enjoyed access to spa morning and evening. Room is minimal but nicely designed, some of the lighting buttons were confusing and one button was slightly faulty. Room would be improved with some coat hooks within the lobby area (stayed in Ando room with spacious lobby), or a sideboard or shelf, somewhere to put things as you come in. There wasn't a cushion to sit on by the balcony as in pictures. A kettle would also be useful."
