The apartment has all the modern conveniences and is tastefully decorated.We found the beds extremely comfortable and clean.The apartment is in the quiet town of Dorio, which we enjoyed because Varenna felt too touristy for our tastes though accessible by car. Sue, the host was very responsive when we needed to contact her.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this stunning apartment with a view. Thank you Sue and Martin!"

"Nice overall hotel, unfortunateky restaurant for dinner was not yet open so couldnt try. Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and modern. Spa and saunas only opens from 4pm, wpuld have loved to use in the morning also but unfortunately only opens in afternoon. Breakfast was excellent!"

"The room was clean, modern and the electronic blackout shutters were appreciated. Check in and issue of electronic room keys was straightforward. The bistro downstairs was friendly and lively. It would be useful for the hotel to provide instructions on the lighting as the system was not very intuitive. The safe did not work - a small inconvenience. "
