After moving on to the Moana intercontinental there are clear differences with Moana being a noticeably fancier facility with bigger more luxurious rooms. But the maitai was nice and much cheaper and includes a nice breakfast. (There restaurant on the beach was not very good however). "

"The hotel appears to be fairly new. The room smelt of fresh paint, clean and a good size. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchenette area was a good size. The location is approximately 15 minute taxi drive from the airport, which was perfect, especially with an early morning flight. The only disappointment is no onsite restaurant. Recommendations were suggested by hotel staff, with a mobile pizza stand just next door. If arriving late at night and travelling alone, you won't have far to walk."
