"You get what you pay for. To be fair, the place was under renovations so things could have been better. There should be better communication between the app and the hotel chain because when we got there, the room we booked wasn't available due to the renovations. The room we were given wasn't cleaned very well (trash in trash can, food in fridge) , we had a lot of bugs (more the region than the hotel's fault, but worth calling out) and the tv was damaged with burn marks at the bottom and flickering lile it had seen better days. Beyond that, bed was comfy, it was great having a restaurant next door for dinner and it was a plus that it was right off the freeway. AC worked really well, too. Hope when the renovations are done, things will be a lot smoother for the place. "

"We really love staying at Best Westerns. Always clean. Already give extra towels and wash cloths. There is always a great variety at the continental breakfasts. They are also in great vicinity to places we're going. Parking lots are easy to get in and out of."

"Room (especially the floor) was dirty. Doors, door handles, walls, windows were dirty. TV did not work. Had to go to office to request an HDMI cable for TV to work. Bed was comfortable. Area was quiet. Heater and A/C worked fine. "

"AC was not great. The large window right at parking level with lights coming into the room was less than ideal. But the room was clean and it was a good shower. "
