"The guesthouse is on the property as the owner, adding a feeling of safety. Knowing that even when we were out, the place was not unattended. While the owner's kept to themselves allowed us a feeling of isolation and quiet, it was good to know they were nearby in case we needed anything. The home is a short 13mi drive in to Nevada City for groceries, shopping, or dining. Looking out across a wooded valley from the deck was so peaceful and relaxing. "Wonderful stay. House looks small from the outside, but rooms are spacious. Good size kitchen with good space to cook and bathroom with dual sinks, jetted tub and walk in shower. Master bedroom was big, has a sitting area/desk space; King size bed, very comfy. Loft beds 2 full size. also comfy, my daughter loved it up there. Suzan was welcoming, very friendly and attentive to details. Land is beautiful. We had snow during our weekend, needed 4 wheel drive, but was amazing! We all played in the...

"This is an excellent rental. The facility is a studio apartment fully equipped for any length of stay. We were there for two weeks. The host is an awesome guy who bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood is silent and peaceful. There is a hiking trail right out from the door. All good!"
