"繁忙期なのに安かったので不安でしたが、素晴らしい施設でした。ただ、暖房がリビングにだけあって部屋の中には無かったので部屋がとても寒かったです。ドアを開けて部屋を暖めたのですが、結果的に風邪を引いてしまいました。この部分を注意事項として強調するか、後々改善されるといいですね。その部分以外はとても満足で、おすすめします。"

"the location is excellent. We drive and can park the car downstairs. There is a very nice Starbucks house just 3 mins walk away. Within 10 mins walk you can find a very nice shopping mall (MaxValu Maruyama Class Store).
The flat is spacious and sufficient for six of us. Two bathrooms are a valid advantage. The obly comment is the kitchen ware is highly insufficient for cooking. Also please add a coffee machine there will be nice."

"802号室。ソファーベットは座面と背もたれの硬さが違いうため、ベットにした時寝苦しいです。観光利用で眠るだけと割り切るなら問題なし。ここで料理などもして宿泊するなら大人3名までかな。駐車場がほぼなく申し込み時に注意が必要。選んだ覚えがないのに駐車場申込み無しプランと言われ、近くのコインパーキングを利用。部屋自体は清潔でした。"

"The apartment is very small, about 25-30 SQM maximum with a tiny low level table and chairs that take up too much space and are pointless. You have to eat on the edge of the bed. This is not an apartment but a cramped hotel room. Had issue with dryer as the lint hadn’t been cleaned and so dryer took 8 hours to dry before I fixed the problem. No cleaning products in the kitchen to wipe surfaces. Bedroom area cramped and wardrobe inaccessible as a result. No where to store suitcases. The...

"“スリッパを履いてください”となっている理由がわかりました！絨毯がやや汚れている以外は特に不備なく過ごせました。もう少し暖かく過ごせるような設備があればより良いかなと感じました。
エントランスから入る方法がメールで送られて来ておらず、お電話させていただきましたが丁寧な対応ありがとうございました。メールの返信が反映されたのはチェックイン日の22時頃でしたが、他に宿泊している方のおかげもあり外に長居することなく入室できました。"

"Great stay. Room was very tidy and had everything we needed. Central location and the check in procedure was a breeze. Only issue was that the water was turned off when we arrived and it took us a while to figure out how to get it turned on."
