Pretty new hotel, large rooms, clean and comfortable, good breakfast

Great place to stay for a couple nights to explore Rila national park. Comfortable beds and beddings, great food, breakfast and dinner.

This hotel was clean and modern and the staff was very quick to respond to inquiries. It was close to downtown so it was an easy walk to anything we wanted to see. Would recommend and stay here again.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They had good suggestions for food and and attractions around the town. Ms. Dessy arranged couple of tours for us. Cleen rooms with lots of natural lights.

Everything was excellent, thank you very much. Room was a bit noisy at night from night club next door.

I was completely satisfied. The bedding was comfortable and inviting. The room was quiet, the bathroom was perfect. The building is beautifully designed and interesting. There is great access to the city from the location. The breakfast was filling and reliably tasty.

Sense is located near all the best sights in Sofia, and transportation to/from the airport is roughly ~30 BVL. The check-in receptionists were all very friendly and quick to help suggest sights to visit and restaurants to eat in. The hotel gym is well equipped and the spa is sensational (not to mention CHEAP), and for those of you who like a real physical challenge, Pulse Fitness is located just next door and offers an even more expansive workout facility. My trip was amazing! Everything the hotel offers: perfect location, very clean, new interior and facilities, outstanding service in all details, very friendly staff, luxury car transportation from/to the airport, a fitness facility, underground garage, bunch of excellent bars and restaurants around 3 to 8 minutes away (I would mention Grozd, Shtastlivetza, Chef's Live, Arbat).
