"The villa is beautiful and the views fromthe property are outstanding. The villa was very clean. We just had a few small scorpions but that is to be expected in that area. Be aware there is no A/C in the two guest bedrooms but if you leave the doors open they will stay cool. The town of Colico about 5 mins away is really cute with wonderful restaurants by the water. The property has a washing machine which was great but no iron so we had to take some clothes to the dry cleaners. Good...

I'm a very clean and organised person and can always find fault with the cleaning in holiday homes in the UK, however, I could not find fault with this holiday home, it was spotlessly clean, a credit to the owner! "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Gioiosa over the New Year. The house is spacious and modern with every comfort you can think of - the owners have thought of everything. Excellent open plan living and separate area for bedrooms. The villa is perfect for families with plenty of activities on site and in the surrounding area. You can enjoy walks on the lake, feed the swans or just enjoy the amazing view over the water and mountains. You are really away from it all. We also went skiing...

"Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche, 1 Hund) zwei super schöne Wochen in der Villa Family verbracht. Die Villa Family liegt sehr zentral in Colico, so dass die Besuche am See, beim Bäcker, in den Eisdielen und in den vielen leckeren Restaurants und Pizzerien zu Fuß möglich sind. Auch gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt in Fußnähe, so dass nur für den Großeinkauf im nahe gelegenen Einkaufszentrum das Auto erforderlich ist. Das Haus wurde modernisiert, so dass nun alle Räume nicht...

"Das Ferienhaus „Villa Archi“ liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Colico, ein Stück weit oberhalb des Sees. Das Haus ist sehr gross, in hervorragendem Zustand, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist charmant und hilfsbereit und die Villa teilt sich mit seinem Haus einen parkähnlichen Garten. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und werden sicher versuchen, dieses Haus erneut zu mieten."

"Absolutely fantastic stay - we wish we could have been there longer! It was a short one night stop where we arrived in the evening from Liechtenstein ready to take the Glacier Express the following early morning from St Moritz. The staff gave us a warm and helpful greeting, and quickly got our key for our room. The room was beautiful, we loved the free mini bar and beautiful decor. We ate in the restaurant where both the food and service were exemplary. Our only reason to return to St Moritz would be to stay at this wonderful hotel again - but for longer next time! "
