The apartment, completely renovated and newly refurbished, is located on the first floor with a large terrace and rear garden.



It's composed of a large living room with two sofas, TV, dining table, independent and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, american coffee machine and refrigerator. From the living room windows you can access the splendid terrace overlooking the lake, equipped with sofas and a large table with chairs. The apartment continues with the bedroom equipped with double bed, wardrobes, air conditioning and overlooking the terrace.The second bedroom consists of 2 bunk beds of size 85 x190. The apartment is completed with a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.



Guests can enjoy a pool that is shared with 5 other apartments, open from the 15th of May to the 30th of September.



Guests will benefit from a garage (measurements: width 2.40m length 5.40m height 2.60m) and an outdoor parking slot inside the property.

Soiano del Lago, an enchanting town near Lake Garda on the Brescia side, takes its name from "Solis ianua" (literally “Gateway of the Sun”) which is enough to define the characteristics of this small village in Valtenesi, rich in vineyards and olive trees surrounded the green of the hills. In Soiano del Lago, the Castle dating back to the 10th century is definitely worth a visit, as it is also the site of events during the summer. To visit nearby, there is Moniga del Garda with its splendid beaches and Castle of Padenghe.

For guests who prefer a relaxing trip, it is possible to reach Salò and take a boat to visit the lake while sailing.

The hinterland of Soiano del Lago offers quiet places surrounded by the typical olive trees of the Valtenesi area, on Lake Garda, where tourists can take part to tastings and stop at local restaurants to taste the typical "spiedo bresciano" (meat and potatoes slowly cooked on a revolving spit).

Ferienwohnung mit vielen Schwachstellen

Positiv:Der Blick von der Terrasse ,Größe und Einrichtung der Terrasse ,Garage und ein Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück, Saubere Wäsche und Handtücher,Genug Geschirr, obwohl zusammengewürfelt,Den Pool haben wir im April nicht genutzt, sieht aber ansprechend aus.Negativ:Einrichtung sehr nüchtern, ohne Charme, Das Bad und die Küche sehr alt, ungemütlich, Dusche undicht, Möbel teilweise kaputt,Ameisen in der Wohnung, starker Geruch im Schlafzimmer (etwas blumiges,süßes, sehr aufdringlich)W-Lan funktionierte nicht, die Verwaltung hat sich darum nicht gekümmert .Schlüssel muss in Desenzano abgeholt und zurückgebracht werden, ca. 45 min Fahrt hin und zurück. Das könnte man anders lösen.Resümee:Wir würden diese Wohnung definitiv nicht mehr buchen.

Schön, aber nicht perfekt

Die Anlage ist sehr einladend und der erste Blick der Wohnung scheint außergewöhnlich gut zu sein. Große Wohnung und Ausstattung wie auf den Bildern. Ruhige Lage und zentral zum See bzw. zu allen anderen Tourispots. Jedoch nach einer längeren Verweildauer, merkt man, dass das Interior sehr preisbewusst gewählt wurde. Die Armaturen wackeln, die Kaffeemaschine ging nicht, die Waschmaschine ging nicht, die Badeliege aus Plastik (nicht wie auf dem Bild) haben Risse, der Pool wurde nur am Anfang gereinigt, nach Stromausfall keine Außenbeleuchtung mehr. Außerdem mussten wir erstmal alles entkalken und einen Rohrreiniger besorgen, da das Wasser nicht abgefloßen ist. Für die Reinigungsgebühren erwartet man etwas anderes. Wir wurden auf Poolregeln hingewiesen, die einzuhalten waren, jedoch von den anderen Ferienwohnungbesuchern missachtet wurden. Kein Tragen von Badekappen und die Benutzungszeit wurde nicht beachtet. Die Kommunikation mit Snale verläuft reibungslos und nett, daher insgesamt 3 von 5 Sternen, weil für das Geld zu viele Mängel auftauchten!

Erholsamer Familienurlaub mit wunderschönen Ausblick

Super Vorbereitung der Anreise dank der Agentur Snale, danke Elena! Das Geländer der Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön angelegt, vor allem der Poolbereich. Die Bilder der Wohnung entsprechen der Realität, unser Lieblingsplatz war natürlich die großzügige Terrasse! Dort konnte man auch mal gemütlich bei einem Sommergewitter sitzen. Zum Einkaufen empfiehlt sich der Italmarkt, welcher ein super Sortiment hat. Für Schleckermäuler ist die Eisdiele „Hakuna Matata“ eine super Anlaufstelle.

Die Anlage war ok. Jedoch war der Pool ein Biotop, in welchem Frösche, Wasserinsekten und tote Mäuse waren. Ekelhaft. Agentur hat auf Zeit gespielt und nicht geholfen.

Schöne Gegend, Wohnung gerade Mittelmaß

Also, wollen wir versuchen es objektiv zu schildern. Die Ecke als solches ist genial, ohne Frage. Der Gardasee mit seinen Orten am See, super. Isola del Garda, Desenzano, Salo, Manerba del Garda, Sirmione, Valeggio, Tremosine, Limone... alle reihen sich in ein sehenswertes Reportoire ein , als auch Verona und Venedig (Zug ideal!).Supermarkt / LIDl in der Nähe. Die Wohnung selber, groß, die Möbel ( IKEA like) , Betten quietschen und haben sehr einfache Matratzen (weich- gespickt mit Metallfedern). Handtücher genug . Der Balkon, toller Blick auf den See. Morgens volle Sonne, über Tag guter Schattenverlauf. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und großzügig mit Chemie versetzt. Gehörgangsentzündungen meiner Kinder sowie auch andere Gäste innerhalb weniger Tage. Es gibt Pool-Regeln (keine Luftmatratzen usw., Benutzungszeiten, etc....) aber selbst die direkten Wohnungs-Besitzer in der Wohnanlage halten sich nicht daran. So what! Wir hatten erstmal das " Vergnügen" Küche und Bad in einen einigermaßen gebrauchsfähigen Zustand zu versetzten".SNALE: Bei der Übergabe zu uns gab es ein Problem mit dem Reinigungsdienst. SNALE (Vermieteragentur) : Eine Rückzahlung an uns hatten es einigermaßen honoriert. Die Küche: Sieht gut aus auf den Bildern, Arbeitsplatte ist bildfreundlich zeigt aber keine Realität...Herd (der fast auseinander fiel) und Backbleche (Wahnsinn-vergessen wir es ganz schnell) .... Die Fronten der Küche, ja...haben einen schönen Glanz.. der leider nicht der Oberflächengestaltung des Furniers geschuldet war. Geschirr: Einfach und man wird aufgefordert das Geschirr so wieder hinzustellen und so sauber wie man es vorgefunden hat, sonst 50,- € Strafe. Hätten wir das gemacht, hätten unsere Nachmieter jetzt ein "Problem". Am Geschirr und an diversen Kellen und Messern konnte man gute Reliquien von bestimmt leckerem ital. Essen finden. Zu guter Letzt viel uns noch der Wasserhahn fast auf das Geschirr im Becken. Entsprechend handwerkliches Geschick bewahrte uns vor noch längerem Ärger. Das Bad: geschickt auf den Bildern fotografiert, ist nicht mehr in gutem Zustand. Dusche...auch ein 100% iger Reinigungsdienst hätte das nicht sauber bekommen. Und wer zur Waschmaschine möchte, sollte nicht vor Spinnweben fies sein. Der Weg dorthin ist gespickt davon. Garage: selbst für meinen Sharan groß genug, aber man sollte rangieren können. Der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt. SNALE Personal: Super nett!! Wetter: super. Achso: viele Mücken!! Gute Erholung! :-)

Preis/ Leistung stimmen nicht

Land und Leute ist alles ok, aber Ferienhaus für 6 Personen und nur zwei Liegen. Die Sanitärausstattung ist auch schon älter und funktioniert nicht mehr so richtig.........Der Eigentümer sollte mal etwas investieren damit der Preis gerechtfertigt ist.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

die Lage, die Aussicht und die frisch renovierte Wohnung - erholsam ruhig gelegenes Appartment in einer angenehmen Kleinen Wohnanlage das i-Tüpfelchen wäre eine Spülmaschine gewesen (hier haben wir aber gerne das klitzekleine Minus in Kauf genommen - der ganze Rest war super!!). Wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder !!!!!

Toller Urlaub mit tollem Blick

Die Bewerbung im Internet hat nicht zuviel versprochen. Toller Ausblick, 10 Minuten zum Wasser, super saubere Wohnung, Anlage und Pool, ausgesprochen geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wahnsinns Terasse. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht - glücklicherweise auch eine Klimaanlage. Man ist fast alleine, nur 3 Nachbarn in der Anlage, dadurch war der Pool immer leer. Immer wieder!
