Single villa with private swimming pool for 12 people located in Soiano del Lago, in a very quiet area surrounded by green hills, convenient to the Garda Golf Country Club.



The villa consists of living room with large sofa, flat-screen TV, dining area with table and chairs, separate kitchen with gas cooktop equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, kettle, citrus squeezer, coffee maker and toaster. The ground floor is completed by the service bathroom equipped with washbasin, toilet and bidet.

Upstairs is the sleeping area consisting of: master bedroom with a queen size bed bed and closets, second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed, third bedroom with queen size bed and additional bunk bed, fourth bedroom with bunk bed and additional single bed. Some rooms overlook the large terrace overlooking the lake and hills.

On the floor are the bathroom equipped with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet and the second bathroom equipped with bath tub, washbasin, toilet and bidet.



Guests have amenities such as free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, air conditioning and heating.



*Outdoors it boasts a private swimming pool (available from the 15th of May to the 30th September), a private 20.000 sqm park with BBQ and a garage.

Soiano del Lago, an enchanting town near Lake Garda on the Brescia side, takes its name from "Solis ianua" (literally “Gateway of the Sun”) which is enough to define the characteristics of this small village in Valtenesi, rich in vineyards and olive trees surrounded the green of the hills. In Soiano del Lago, the Castle dating back to the 10th century is definitely worth a visit, as it is also the site of events during the summer. To visit nearby, there is Moniga del Garda with its splendid beaches and Castle of Padenghe.

For guests who prefer a relaxing trip, it is possible to reach Salò and take a boat to visit the lake while sailing.

The hinterland of Soiano del Lago offers quiet places surrounded by the typical olive trees of the Valtenesi area, on Lake Garda, where tourists can take part to tastings and stop at local restaurants to taste the typical "spiedo bresciano" (meat and potatoes slowly cooked on a revolving spit).



The airport of Verona is reachable with a 45-minute drive.
