"They only put out a certain amount of breakfast foods, even though this hotel is often sold out because of Legoland. It is not based on how many paying guests are trying to eat the breakfast that is included in your stay. They do not refill anything. We went down with 30 minutes left to eat breakfast, but there was not one bit of food left. Absolutely nothing. I felt bad for the staff that was hiding in the kitchen because they’re not allowed to refill anything."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Troy. The hotel room was very clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. I also loved how big the TV was and the picture quality was so vivid and clear, which made relaxing in the room even better. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and I really appreciated how clean, quiet and welcoming the entire property was. I was celebrating my birthday during my stay and I especially want to recognize the gentleman at the front desk who was extremely friendly, welcoming and kind. He went above and beyond by even giving me some complimentary food for my birthday. That was such a thoughtful gesture and made my stay even more special. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay at Hotel Troy again and look forward to coming back!"

"Hotel staff were professional and welcoming. Lobby and breakfast area were clean and decorated with modern updates. Room was clean but dated and needed repairs in the bathroom. Hotel also allows pets which can be both positive and negative. Overall would return when traveling."

"The property was extremely clean and maintained. The only suggestion I have is the curtains. They do not wrap around to the wall and as a result I had a street light that shined in the room directly at the top of the bed. I was in room 116 and it faced the parking lot."

"Hotel was excellent. King suite was spacious and very clean. Was surprised about the paid parking however the free breakfast made up for that. No safe in the room. Employees were very nice and helpful. Facilities very clean. Would recommend."
