Fabulous hotel to use as a luxurious base for sweating it out hiking at Seoraksan national park. We didn't explore the rooftop pool, but thoroughly enjoyed the delightful marina views and lavish shower (easily one of the best bathrooms we've come across in Korea), and found the bed extremely comfortable. Brilliantly located in proximity to the express bus station and one of the major restaurant strips as well. I would definitely stay again.

The room was clean, and the check-in staff was helpful. The breakfast was also good. We used this location to visit Seoraksan National Park. There are plenty of Ubers around or you can use the bus system to get around.

Great room luxurious and well laid out. King bed. Great over the top breakfast. For dinner for convenience one night we ate at the steak restaurant on site, somewhat pricey compared to other places we have eaten in Korea . We are not big eaters and we decided to split one full meal. It was delicious and plenty for us. Since we were visiting only for a short time, 2 nights, and were there to see seoraksan, we did not go to the infinity pool.

This is a very modern nice hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s an easy 10min walk to the beach and close to the express bus terminal. We were surprised by the extra fee to use the pool facilities which can be found in the fine print. To rectify, the management offered us a free one day pass which we appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is a very beautiful property in Sokcho. We really liked the location and our beautiful room. What we didn't like was the surprise of being told we had to pay to use the rooftop pool for both my husband and I as well as our two three years old, for the equivalent of about 130CAD$ for the day so practically half the price of the room. When I communicated with the hotel mentioning we had booked it for the pool mainly, so we were very disappointed about this, I was answered that it was mentioned on Expedia, when I asked where I was sent a screenshot of the Policies section. As an avid traveler and user of Expedia we have never experienced a hotel where hotel guests have to pay to access the pool. And then being told this price is hidden far away in the policies section is a very bad sales strategy as there are three other places that mention access to the pool when you book the property with NO mention of this, I have the screenshots to prove it. This type of crucial information should not be hidden. Yes it's a nice property but for the price to be paid the pool should be included for hotel guests or it should be very evident in the property details that it's for a fee. For this reason we would not return nor recommend the property.

The location of the property is very proximal to nearby attractions in Sokcho like restaurants and beach fronts. The hotel is newly built in June of 2024, so the interior and exterior facilities are exceptionally clean and well-built. The staff is also very accommodating and friendly, lending to a great experience.

Very clean and loved the way the room looked. I loved how fresh and clean my room smelled every time I walked in, made it so comfortable. I was worried about parking but the car elevator made it really easy and plenty of parking available over the weekend for us to come and go. Pool was very warm and comforting after a long hike! Great place to stay! Very good beds and nice room interior. The hotel is new and room was comfortable and clean. Great choice at the breakfast, also for Europeans like us. The location of the hotel is really good: beach and Sokcho Ferris wheel nearby and many restaurants in walking distance. The staff at the front desk was excellent - very helpful at every moment, trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We also liked very much the rooftop with its pool and the bar. The views from there in the evening were amazing. We stayed in 6 hotels in Korea during our round trip, all at similar price level, but the Homm Marina Sokcho was the best.

Got a room upgrade on a weekday which was nice. Decent location, staff was friendly and the room was clean, but nothing special. Checked in late and checked out early, so I didn't get to go to the pool, try the breakfast etc. though. Indoor parking space is limited and parking may be an issue on busy days. Overall it was a good place to stay after hiking all day at Seoraksan, and would consider staying again next time.
