"Lovely hotel on the cliff, great location overlooking the bay, close to the beach and local restaurants; not too noisy compared to closeby Magaluf. Very good food for a buffer, different every day, friendly staff. Price ok and very nice room with view of sea&pool (deluxe). Friendly, comfortable atmosphere, easy to reach by local bus from Palma airport. I'll definitely return."

"The hotel Florida is very clean well built and it is beside the sea. Breakfast is excellent and we got our own breakfast because of the early leaving, thank you for that. The room was clean and beautiful, and the seaview from our room balcony was excellent. Also the pool area was very nice. I am very pleased to our stay at the hotel. I would go there again!"

"Loved the hotel and where it’s situated. The views from our hotel room on the 9th floor was amazing. The food and drinks were delicious. I would definitely recommend all inclusive when booking the hotel. Supermarket on the lower ground floor has everything you need. The amenities and customer services are 👌 10/10. The staff are always friendly and helpful and can accommodate requests. You can also walk to the beach from the hotel. Overall a lovely experience and would definitely come back. "

"Staff were beyond amazing better than 5 star hotels. Elsa helped us alot. At evening check-in time the lady at reception was incredibly helpful. The cleaners were also wonderful and greeted us every morning with such joy. Will definitely return to this hotel."
