"Der Vermieter war super nett. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight. Parken vor der Tur geht nicht, und man muss ein paar Minuten bergauf laufen. Andratx ist nett und man kommt schnell zu wunderschönen Stränden in der Nähe. Es ist ruhig und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Auch für die Kids war es eine gute Zeit. "

The host ( Lucia ) was superb… meeting the first party to check in .The deposit was returned after the holiday promptly.We scored the property full marks but the location was about 50 minutes walk from the ‘old’ town so on location we scored it 4/5 .Loved Palma and will return !!"

Keep in mind that this is a residential neighborhood in Cala Blava. This is not a tourist location. There is one nice restaurant on the main street within walking distance of the house. "The house was exactly as advertised, in a lovely area just outside Palma. Clean, bright and a 2 min walk to the beach, groceries or the bus. we had a car and it was easy to find street parking. The host left us a delicious basket of Mallorcan treats and was very easy to work with. Highly recommended! "
