"Das Haus war wunderschön und hatte alles was versprochen wurde, eher sogar besser als Online dargestellt. Die einzigen kleinen Problemen waren die Sauberkeit, welche etwas besser hätte sein können, aber noch im Rahmen war und die Kommunikation für die Übergabe des Schlüssels."

Margalida met us at the house to welcome us and show us all the fun features of this modern home. She was incredibly responsive and provided recommendations on places to eat, sightsee, and shop, as well as where to rent a car and the best traditional foods to order. I contacted her every day with different questions about the area...

"We had a fantastic stay in Casa Ventura. The property has an ideal location with walking distance to the village Portals Nous and the harbor and small, lovely beach. Very well equipped, and great outdoor areas. Rasmus was very accommodating and provided us all necessary info for a great stay. Definitively recommend."

"House great, another bathroom would have been good and aircon in the lounge. One negative is the quality of all the small appliances all plastic and cheap. But they worked. The outdoor area was very nice great pool and private. Villa in good location. Isabel the owner attended to any questions quickly."

"We have just got back from a lovely week! The villa is so nice, very clean and a really modern kitchen. The pool is definitely the best bit, it's a nice size and very clean. Carlos the owner was very responsive to any queries we had. There is a photo of a bath in the pictures but there is no bath there. The only thing I would say is if you are taking a baby then bring a travel cot and maybe a travel highchair but apart from that, 5 star! Thank you for a lovely stay."

"This large villa is close to Palma city centre (20 mins walk). There are also restaurants and bars by the marina which is only a 10-15 min walk. There is a good supermarket 3 minutes walk away. The villa is fully air- conditioned and has a large pool and patio with ample sun beds. Pedro, the owner, is very friendly and helpful and allowed us a late check out. Overall a very good experience. "Very clean and well equipped villa in lovely peaceful location about 2 miles from Santa Maria del Carni. Villa used to be a farmhouse years ago and there are still fruit trees in the surrounding garden (fig, lime, orange, pomegranate, walnut, almond). Owners very friendly and ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard. Air conditioning is available to all the bedrooms on request but with an additional unit rate cost - we didn’t need it (September stay) but this will probably be needed...

"Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Der Vermieter Rafael war sehr freundlich, zeitlich flexibel und unkompliziert. Es ist alles was man so braucht vorhanden! 2 Kühlschränke, Gefriertruhe, Gaskochfeld, Geschirr, sogar ne Kaffeemaschine inklusive Pads und ein Grillplatz mit Spülbecken. Der Pool ist super schön, gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren 10 Personen und hatten alle Platz. Zum Ballermann 5 sind es 15-20min mit dem Auto/Taxi, zum Flughafen ebenfalls. Alles in allem eine tolle Finca kann ich weiter...
