"Beautiful neighborhood despite noise from construction site nearby, beach 5 minute walk downhill (and uphill in the way back). Old house recently renovated indoors, clean with basic furniture. Don’t expect to use the garden as it hasn’t been maintained and is completely overgrown.very responsive agency albeit not very flexible in terms of arrival times. Good value for money but don’t expect anything fancy. "

"We booked this very large finca fairly last minute as had flights moved from 2020 and didn’t want to have to cancel last minute. The communication before we arrived was excellent with regards to the paperwork needed and any questions we had. Magdalena was very friendly and responded straight away in most cases. "Das Haus und das Grundstück nützt leider ihr Potenzial nicht aus. Außenanlagen/Garten nicht gepflegt aber funktional. Bei einer 10 Betten Unterkunft nur 2 Kaffeetassen vorhanden. Die Türen in beiden Bädern lassen sich nicht absperren (Türstock ausgebrochen). Der Wasserhahn der Küchenspüle war defekt was aber von der Hausverwaltung innerhalb 36 Std. repariert wurde. Handtücher / Bettzeug sauber und vorhanden. Wissen muss man das der Ort über eine ca. 3km Serpentinenstraße zu erreichen ist....

"Wir waren 11 Personen und hattet einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Der Check-in war reibungslos. Die Finca war sehr sauber. Jeden Morgen wurde der Müll abgeholt und der Pool kontrolliert. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, ob Verpflegungstechnisch (Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Kohle Grill, Gas Grill) oder Unterhaltungstechnisch (Bälle, Tischtennisplatte, Tore, Bierpong-set, Kartenspiele), es fehlte an nichts. 12 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und 5 Minuten vom nächsten Supermarkt. "The house was beautiful! The garden was well kept and we were given everything we needed. The only complaint I had was the ants. They somehow got on to the bed and we couldn't sleep properly. Also, there is no Air-conditioning, but the host provided portable fans that were kind of useful. The kitchen has everything you need and the backyard is great to chill. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance and cafes. I would recommend staying here if you want to have a relaxed/ outgoing...
