We loved staying here, 10 days in the middle of Palma's fantastic Playa ! The hotel has a nice design and it is located in a good area. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bed is very comfortable. It's quite easy to get around Palm from its location and you have good restaurants around. Av. de Jaume III is about 5-10 minutes away where you can find a lot of shopping options. The first thing I have to say is OMG the air conditioning!! We were there during an insanely hot season and as soon as we walked into the room I was in heaven. We stayed at a few different hotels in other cities and the AC was definitely not up to American standards, as is the case in most of Europe. This place had literally the best air conditioning of any hotel in Europe I have ever stayed. Bravo!!
