"Really beautiful resort! Everyone is nice there and willing to help. Customer service was amazing. Very family oriented. The adult pool was boring you can’t play your own music but there’s no Dj. The pool with a swim up and DJ was full of children but over all I had a wonderful stay!"

"I liked my room alot 1103. It offered convenient parking right behind my room. Front desk generally very friendly. I had to leave the hotel early on one occasion and I didnt like that I was not allowed to pack my breakfast given that the cost was already paid for in my room."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facilities were extremely clean including the poolside bathrooms. The large pool was cleaned daily. There was always someone on staff to support with tour and sight seeing bookings. The hotel breakfast was included in our stay it had quite a large spread with made to order omelets. Our family has allergies and dietary restrictions and we all found something to eat every morning. We cant wait to go visit Aruba again and will be staying at the Embassy next time also."

"Very safe and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is not the best. The Red Parrot is the best restaurant option. Pure Lime, the Mexican restaurant doesn’t know what queso is. They served melted Jack cheese. Great beds! Very comfortable sleep. "

We loved your resort so much and the island of Aruba that we are planning to come back next year. We are on a mission to go to different islands and try different hotels but because of your staffs hospitality and hotel accommodations we are coming back to your resort. We are back home and we are still bursting inside.. While at your resort we felt safe, protected and it was so quiet. The property was beautiful to look at clean and well maintained.
