There's a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for an incredibly comfortable stay (microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee capsule machine, etc.), a kitchen island with two stoles, and a ten-person dining area. There is also a Family bathroom with a shower. A 12-square-meter playroom with a TV, PS5, soccer table, darts, and Pilates equipment is available in addition to the main room. There is also a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer, an iron, and ironing amenities.
*The first floor (or the parking level) offers three bedrooms, each with sea views.
