"Great location!! If you are looking to be a bit closer to the beaches rather than the city center/old town, this is a perfect spot away from all of the commotion. Only about a 30minute walk to the Riva Promenade, but only 5 minutes or so from the nearest beaches! We enjoyed the walks into town each day, and great food locations. Staff was amazing, loved the breakfast and bar service, highly recommend this spot! "

The location of the hotel was superb, quiet street but just a few minutes walk to the centre of town and tourist area for cafe, bars and restaurants. The staff were also very friendly. "The hotel is ideally located a short distance to Split Riva and nearby beach. There are many options of restaurants in the neighborhood. The breakfast is great with many options. What I really liked is that if you have an evening departure like we did, the hotel allows you to check out on time but give you a pass to use the facilities such as the pool and wellness center. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. All the staff are courteous and helpful. The reception staff even tried to help me with my transportation when it was delayed.
