500 m from the village Sollacaro (southern Corsica) by nature with sea view (Gulf of Valinco) and village with all amenities: groceries, bread, newspapers restaurants, bars, post office. The nearest beaches to 12 km (20 minutes drive)
Apartment of 50 m2, not overlooked comfortable at the ground floor of the owners house with independent access. Living / Kitchen (LV - llinge, oven, hob, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave, robots, blender, coffee maker, grill bread ...) TV - 1 bedroom (1 bed 2 people) - 1 bedroom (2 beds 1 person in 90) - S. of water (Italian shower) WC - covered terrace 6 m2 - 50 m2 private garden, barbecue .
This is a new apartment leased in 2012.
Sollacaro is 50 km from Ajaccio and Bonifacio, 18 km from Propriano and 24 km from Sartene. Several departures of marked hiking trails on site.

Vue magnifique sur le village
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce gîte très agréable, bien équipé, fonctionnel, joliment décoré et dans un calme absolu. Les propriétaires sont présents, serviables et très discrets. Seul petit bémol, au moment de la réservation, je n'ai pas remarqué que ni les draps, ni les serviettes de toilette n'étaient pas fournis. Heureusement, Elisabeth nous en a donnés, pour une petite somme. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.

Le paradis, c'est ici.
Nous avons passé un très beau séjour de 2 semaines dans ce logement confortable et très bien équipé, au RDC d'une belle villa dont les adorables propriétaires (Babeth et André) occupent discrètement l'étage. Entrée parfaitement indépendante, parking privé facile,espace jardin-terrasse à usage privatif (non partagé avec les propriétaires) agrémenté de transats pour admirer le ciel étoilé la nuit tombée, vue dégagée à 180 degrés pour admirer la vallée et la mer, tout y était pour se sentir dans un petit coin de paradis ! Sans compter que le village de Sollacaro est très joli et vivant, animé tout en restant calme. Nous y reviendrions sans hésiter !

Une adresse que nous garderons précieusement pour de futures vacances et que nous recommandons +++ tant par sa situation géographique, sa vue exceptionnelle pour un dépaysement total, son village typique , son calme , des plages magnifiques à proximité, un logement fonctionnel et irréprochable.... sans oublier bien sûr l accueil et le sourire d Elisabeth et d André.

Appartement très propre avec tout le nécessaire 😊. Terrasse privée avec grill ... splendide vue sur la mer et la montagne avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil🌞 Elisabeth et André, les propriétaires, sont très gentils, de bon conseil, très discrets, toujours prêts à rendre service. Vous cherchez un petit coin de paradis? Elisabeth et André vous y attendent. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique, les couchers de soleil sont époustouflants, c’est un endroit tranquille et reposant. La location est complète, il ne manque rien. Vos hôtes sont d’une gentillesse hors du commun, discrets et chaleureux.
