"We just needed a stopover on our way through Austria, and chose this one mainly due to the price. It said 24 hours reception, so we had no problem in arriving at 1am. We received a call from Maria, asking when we expected to arrive, and then she told us to call her back when we were at the parking lot. "This hotel was absolutely terrible. There was no proper cleanliness, no peace, and even the bathroom facilities were not working correctly. For example, the toilet seat was broken, the water in the shower didn’t drain and kept rising up to my ankles, and the same problem existed with the sink. The whole room was full of scratches and paint stains. Noise from the neighboring rooms could easily be heard all the time. Housekeeping was also done very poorly – I found spider webs inside the drawers...
