Located between the Nature Reserve and the lake shore, it shares a private pool, sandy beach and other high value amenities. The spacious grounds are free of loose animals, commercial enterprises and excessively jealous places of worship; PEACEFUL.

This house is located on the edge of a tourist complex on the outskirts of Panajachel, the main tourism-oriented community of Atitlán. It has its own private covered parking and is only a short taxi ride or an invigorating walk to the city center. Secluded and private, it is free from the noise and bustle of the city.
The house is a 5-minute walk from the tree-lined path of the resort's recreational area. Here there is a full range of services to the extent that one simply wishes to relax and enjoy the natural wooded beauty of its surroundings. This area has its own restaurant, bar, pool, sandy beach. and beautifully landscaped floral gardens. The restaurant offers a varied menu for adults and children. Salads are enriched with fresh products from their own organic vegetable and herb garden. The bar serves soft drinks, juices and a variety of national and international spirits.
The pool, restaurant and gardens offer an exquisite view of the lake. The pool has an entrance area for children and a nearby playground. The sauna and jacuzzi also offer beautiful views. They are located, somewhat closer to the beach and connected to the pool area by rustic roads. These paths also extend to the floral gardens and the organic garden through which you can walk.
You can enjoy the lake using kayaks available for rent. The recreation center works with local tour guides who offer hiking trails and visits to Mayan villages near the lake and other sites of interest. He also works with professional massage therapists to provide a wide range of services to the house.
