Convenient location, good service and SPA,excellent restaurant with live music and a big choice of dishes and wines. The hotel located in the Margit island, very close to the center and main point of views. Excellent place with a big park and view, good SPA with 4 hot springs pools and saunas, medical center with different medical services. There is excellent restaurant with live classical music, and very tasty food with big choice of dishes and wines.

This hotel is a classic Hungarian style hotel. From the very first moment the staff were helpful, courteous, and professional. The hotel itself was clean, well thought out and had all the basic amenities available. The spa was everything we expected and was a very healthy addition to our stay. We had no problems with the cleanliness. We will probably return just for a spa day, we liked it that much. Nice hotel. Clean and nice location. Reception staff were wonderful but many of the staff in restaurant lounge and buffet were rude and short; almost annoyed you were bothering them. Stayed there before; probably will choose another location bcuz of the restaurant lounge evening staff. Breakfast and lunch buffet were very good but dinner buffet was not. Spa is fair. Excellent … This was a 5 Star experience … this hotel is perfectly located in ‘pest’ side of the river … everything was perfect. The restaurant in the hotel was top notch … we ate there twice in our 4 night stay! I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Quaint, peaceful location on the Buda side of town. This hotel is probably better suited for families or retirees due to its distance away from the night life of the Pest side of town. The staff were friendly and helpful with siteseeing activities. The room amenities were nice, including the small mini bar selection. Stayed at the Carlton Hotel Buda Castle for 3 nights. Great hotel, located in a beautiful part of the city. The front desk staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. My room was clean and nicely furnished. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly stay there again.

Location! Walking distance to everything. We were 5 and had the most beautiful penthouse, 3 comfortable bedrooms with a fabulous balcony, great view of the city. Wonderfull staff. So helpful, we check out before our flight and they have a locker room special for the luggage. Highly recommended.
