"Lovely hotel in the heart of the shopping district of Orchard Road. The hotel has a great swimming pool and bar on the 19th floor. We upgraded to club access. The club was great and the hotel allowed us to use the club after check-out until we had to go to the airport."

"Always stay there when in singapore. Very disappointed this time, no face towel no hand towel and no bathrobe. Was told by front desk we only get bathrobe and face towel if we stay in premier room. That is ridiculous....not happy."

"The service was good, and the location was very convenient. It was within walking distance of the shopping mall and the MRT station. However, the room facilities were quite worn out. The air conditioner was very noisy, and the bathroom drain was partially clogged, causing the shower water to rise above my ankles. The cleanliness was also only average. I found long hairs inside both of the clean towels before I had even used them."

"I really enjoyed staying at Concorde Singapore. The location being on the famous Orchard road next to many shopping centers and bus stations made it so convenient. Spacious room, very clean equipped with almost everything except microwave. The room had filtered water drinking faucet which is a big thing as you don't have to buy bottled water. Haven't tried their pool or gym as I had no time. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was great at reasonable price of $22/person with variety of options. I...

"Super kind and considerate personal. They even have cloth washer and dryer. The rooms are small but I guess normal for Singapore. The hotel is very clean."
