"everything was great except the shampoo was almost empty. Since it was not our shampoo, we had no idea how thick it was supposed to be. All we knew was that it won't froth. It turned out there was almost no shampoo and it was just diluted with water. That was a huge disappointment."

The room was spacious, well stocked, and thoughtfully laid out. It was nice to have a bathtub (though I didn’t use it.) it was quiet, despite being at SIN. (I was a little surprised that instant coffee was offered, rather than Nespresso.) I wish I could’ve stayed another day to take advantage of the amenities. I look forward to staying here again."

Holiday Inn Express Singapore Clarke Quay by IHG"We had a great stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and the overall experience was excellent. Breakfast was very good, and I really appreciated that there were options that reflected different cultures. The only suggestion I'd have is to add a little more variety for American-style breakfast items, like pancakes or waffles, along with bacon or turkey sausage. My only other recommendation would be to add air conditioning to the gym. If you...
