Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at… impeccable service and hospitality from everyone at the hotel.

We booked the Prestige Room with a harbor view and lounge services. So far, the lounge is the best I’ve experienced. The staff are friendly, the food quality is excellent, and the room is well soundproofed and impeccably clean.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Feels very luxurious and it was breathtaking. Walkable to fine dining, restaurants and main attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

It’s quiet and accessible

My new FAVORITE hotel. I will definitely be going back to Singapore & staying at the METT. Clean, modern with a historic classy aesthetic. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was the best meal we had. Hotel staff was phenomenal & highly attentive.

I have traveled to 50+ country's and have never had a better hotel experience. They have a complimentary airport pick up which was nice, since after 30 hrs of travel time I did not have to deal with public transportation or a taxi. The driver was there after collecting my bags at 12:30am. On arrival to the hotel they delivered my bags to my room while I registered. They also provide a welcome drink. W is a nice hotel with excellent staff. Property needs TLC

I was there just for one short overnight stay, but I was really impressed with the hotel. Very comfortable, very clean and the staff were great. And the breakfast was excellent! You can order from an "ala carte buffet" menu which is kind of interesting, and all the items I ordered -- from typical Western bakery items and egg dishes to spicy Laksa -- were outstanding. Definitely consider this property when choosing a hotel in the area!

This is really nicely designed, very pretty hotel near enough to downtown, but far enough away to be quiet. We booked this hotel partially because of the lush landscaping around the pool, ended up not making it to the pool during our stay, but enjoyed our room and the hotel in general very much. Our room was spacious, and the common areas were very nicely decorated. Great stay. Convenient area to get to all of the different tourist attractions and areas. Walkable.

Great place for families.

Stayed in the Ocean Suite. Pricey but worth it for the experience. I didn’t want to sleep as the fish were mesmerizing. The shower is excellent and the bed is comfy. Ocean Suite is huge for just 2 people.
