"We chose this hotel simply because of the location. It is very near public transportation and a number of dining/shopping options (Assembly Row). The staff are adequate but aren’t particularly friendly or welcoming. The hotel itself is pretty beat up and in need of maintenance/renovation. The shuttle bus to/from the airport is in need of upkeep. That said, the rooms were clean and comfortable, which is important. Proximity to Boston, etc. is also positive."

"Spent time in Parkers Bar where we were greeted by the Hostess Irene. Greeted with a smile,welcomed us to Parkers,spent time conversing with us. Made us feel right at home. Went back the next night and there she wss ,again greeted us with a smile and a big "Welcome Back". She was an absolute joy. You have a Gem in her and our waitress of boyh nights Ellie. She took wonderful care of us,friendly smile ,and also made us feel so welcome. On our next trip to Boston,no matter where we stay,we will be stopping in to have a few cocktails at Parkers. Hopefully irene and Ellue will be gher. Wouldn't be the same without them."

"There was no toilet paper on the dispenser. There looked to be a used hand towel on the rack. Other than that and looking out over the HVAC Units it was lovely. "
