Down the road from a boat ramp and next door to Birch Creek State Park with access to Lake Somerville for fishing, trails for hiking and bike riding, and swimming. This is for two units, 2 bedrooms up, sleeps 5 and 1 bed & pull out sofa downstairs that sleeps 4 with access to two kitchens laundry, ample parking for your boat or jetski, pet friendly, hang out areas with BBQ pit, firepit, and lots of green area for outdoor lounging and games.
