"The property was fine coming in at first glance. But, Post Wi-Fi password for guest to use in the future. Also make sure trash has been emptied out outdoors.Basic amenities, tissue, paper towels. Also blinds could use an update. I’m very pleased with the overall stay for the purpose of my babygirl. These are small details that bring back repeat clients. Thank you So much!!"

"Was lucky enough to find this property on little notice. We were attending a family funeral near Lakeland, and this location was perfect. Enough room for everyone to spread out, and kitchen was perfect for cooking meals that we didn't have at the extended family's house. Nice, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. Close enough to the highway so that we could get to downtown Memphis and the airport in under an hour. Definitely recommend."

"There were 6 of us, all adult family members. The house was much as expected with a couple minor issues. The host responded quickly when I called him, although he was slow to respond to messages on the VRBO app. Overall it was a good place to stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The only slightly visible neighbors were across the lake. If not for the notes below on the water, it would have been 5 stars. Unfortunately, the cold water came out of the tap muddy brown. There’s no way anyone cleaning the house didn’t notice that before we got there. I would bring drinking water and not plan on washing clothes. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked, but we wanted something like Corning ware to reheat things in the microwave. Pot holders...
