"Extremely Disappointing Experience ā Prepaid Booking Not Honored
We booked this hotel through Expedia for a three-night stay and were shocked to discover, upon arriving at the hotel in the evening, that the hotel staff claimed they had no record of our booking.
Even after showing our booking confirmation, the hotel refused to accommodate us and asked us to contact Expedia. When we contacted Expedia, they confirmed that our reservation was confirmed and attempted to resolve the issue directly...

10/10 Excellent
Great location with easy accessibility to the city centre, forum fiza mall, beaches, shopping, and restaurants! Staff were excellent with their attention to minute details and above and beyond customer service skills, especially would love to mention ms. Lady Helena at the front desk support and prompt services provided by the room service and restaurant dinning staff. Rooms were clean, cozy well equipped with all the toiletries provided.
