In the heart of Sommières, this independent townhouse of 105m² located in the immediate vicinity of fields and vineyards as far as the eye can see will seduce you.

The historic center as well as a commercial area (intermarket, cafe, bakery, butcher, restaurants, etc.) are located less than 10 minutes walk from the house.

The location is ideal: 40 minutes from nîmes and montpellier, 30 minutes from the beaches and the Camargue (grau-du-roi, port camargue, la grande motte), 10 minutes from the A9 motorway (lunel exit).
Many activities are available in the surrounding area: hiking, via ferrata, wine trail, bamboo plantation, speleology, tree climbing course, Pont du Gard, canoeing, Cévennes national park, southern salins, Haribo museum, horse riding, mountain biking ...


THE GITE:
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of the owner's house and is furnished as follows: 2 large bedrooms, 1 shower room with WC, 1 kitchen, 1 large living / dining room of 37.5m² and 1 additional WC .
The kitchen is fully equipped: hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, utensils and dishes.
Internet access is available in the house. 3 TVs (living room, bedroom and kitchen), a vacuum cleaner, an iron and an ironing board are also available.
The 1st bedroom is equipped with a double bed in 160 and a BZ in 140. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140. A very comfortable convertible sofa in 140 (Poltronesofa) is in the living room. The beds are fitted with mattress toppers for unique comfort. Sheets and towels are provided.
The Gîte can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, ie 6 adults and 2 children.
You will enjoy a large terrace and 2 balconies with garden views.
For your comfort, the 2 bedrooms and the living room are air conditioned (reversible new air conditioning).

Finally, a shared washing machine and dryer are available (laundry not provided); baby equipment can be loaned to you free of charge IF AVAILABLE (ask me before to reserve it): travel cot, high chair, changing table, baby monitor, baby bath, deckchair, stroller.


EXTERIORS:
You will enjoy a large swimming pool (9m x 5.5m, max depth: 1.70m) in working order from the end of May to mid-September depending on the weather, its deckchairs, a gas barbecue (bottle gas supplied), a plancha and a pleasant garden with a fountain where some fish splash around. A pétanque court with its balls as well as a table tennis table with its rackets will be at your disposal.
This exterior equipment as well as the exterior entrance to the house are common.
Free public parking is located in the immediate vicinity (less than 30 meters).
