"Very disappointed at this 4 star hotel. No iron in the room, no coffee maker. Only soap and shampoo.
There is a fee of 15 euros per day to rent the coffee maker, and 5 euros for the tea kettle Called the reception to ask for an iron and they say they do not have iron for the rooms and I will have to pay for the service if I need it.
I was finishing my 3 week holiday travel, and stayed at 8 different hotels in 5 different countries and this is the only one I will never go back to.
At check out, the hotel was charging breakfast for 2 days and I only requested breakfast for one day. They corrected the mistake, but the receptionist was giving me a hard time saying that the deal is to reserve breakfast for the whole stay, which I was never informed, and as I told him I was leaving very early in the morning and the hotel offers breakfast service beginning at 7:00 AM, so I did not needed to pay for 2 breakfasts.
