"Overall a 4-star experience. The room is smaller than the photos suggest, and ours had a broken steamer, faulty AC, and no luggage rack something most hotels at this level provide. They did fix the AC the same day we complained, after one rough night of sleep.
Check-in was a letdown. Staff seemed overwhelmed and didn’t explain any amenities, so we had to piece together spa hours, gym access, and other details by asking other staff throughout our stay.
The wellness area is nice, but the breakfast selection was small. If I booked again, I’d skip the wellness package and put that money toward including breakfast it’s the better value.
The wait staff and housekeeping team saved the stay by patiently explaining how things worked. Without them, this would be closer to 3.5 stars. For a hotel charging near Four Seasons prices in Salamanca, it needs more polish to earn a true 5-star rating."
