The property is arranged on two floors, on the ground floor large
entrance hall, a double bedroom with doublé bed (1.50 cmx1.90cm), a
bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and cozy
fireplace and in lower level is a large living room with TV sat.





On the first floor 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms.


Baby bed available. Internet Wifi. Heating.





Outside is a nice porch, a patio and barbecue, a swimming pool (9x4mts)
surrounded by a sun terrace and lawned garden with fruit trees, private
garden with possibility to enjoy agricultural products directly from the
field.





Next to different natural beaches and just 2 km away from the golf course.





Price on request, different rates depending on the number of persons. Special price for the winter months.
