Sehr zentral gelegene, schöne Finca mit kleinen Schwächen.

Pros: Großes Haus, viel Platz, mehrere Bäder und Schlafzimmer mit erfreulich viel Staumöglichkeiten. Zentrale Lage, fast zeitgleich unter 10 min in Arta, Cala Millor oder Cala Ratjada. Zwar unmittelbar an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße, aber die Zimmer befanden sich auf der Rückseite, so dass man davon nichts merkte. Finca mit allem recht gut ausgestattet. Alles war wirklich sehr sauber. Cons: Der Poolbereich ist leider sehr lieblos gestaltet und lädt wenig zum Verweilen ein, schreckliche Überdachung. Auch die Außenbeleuchtung am Pool und der Terrasse sind ungemütlich und viel zu hell. Der billige Kunststoff-Toilettendeckel im Bad OG grenzt an Frechheit im Hinblick auf den Mietpreis. Die Kinderschaukel dürfte nicht mehr genutzt werden, total verrostet und kurz vor dem Zusammenbruch. Der gemauerte Grill fällt ebenso bald auseinander. Die Küche ist in manchen Teilen recht abgewohnt, der Sockel sollte zumindest mal getauscht werden. Sehr unbequeme Kopfkissen.
