Beautiful villa on the outskirts of Son Servera and only 1.3 km from the beach. The perfect peaceful corner with private pool for 4 guests.
Surrounded by nature, this finca becomes a dream-like place for those who love the countryside and the peace. This landscape of trees, plants and lawn surrounds the beautiful private pool and the wonderful stone building. The pool sizes 8 x 4 metres whilst the water depth ranges from 0.8 to 1.6 metres. Then, you can cook a delicious barbecue, enjoy it at the porch and spend the evening on the 4 sunloungers while basking in the sun. The property has total privacy.

Inside the house, the perfect rustic combination of elements and the airy space will surprise you. The living room is ideal to rest or to watch the TV-sat. Then, a couple of steps lead to the dining area and the kitchen, both in the same space in order to cook on the ceramic hob and enjoy your dishes right there. The laundry room features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bedrooms with a closet and and exit to the garden, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is another bathroom, with a tub this time, in the house. Two fans and the underfloor heating complete the accommodation.

The property is about 4.7 km away from Son Servera, a beautiful town where you will find all you need for your stay. The Port Vell beach is only 1.3 km away and the golf course of Son Servera is 2.1 km away. So this is the perfect destiny near the coast and with lots of entertainment.

We absolutely loved staying here. The villa was gorgeous - the interior is understated and comfortable with lovely stone flooring and an especially lovely master bathroom. Outside the garden is kept well and the pool is a good size. Nearby Arta on market day was a highlight. We would recommend anyone thinking of booking to hire a car. While walking and buses are doable, the requirement to dispose of your own rubbish in the municipal bins would make staying here without one tricky.

Great outdoor space. Good sized, clean pool. Inside tired but clean. Issue with bad smelling drain in main bathroom. Fridge needed defrosting, which we did. One mosquito net. Ceiling fans would be good given no aircon. Great location with some good restaurants nearby (basilikum and s’oratage especially)

Wir waren für eine Woche in dieser schönen Finca (2 Erw., 2 Kinder 7J/11J). Ansprechende, gute Einrichtung. Zwei Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder (alles auf einer Ebene). Sehr schöner, sauberer Pool (wird zwischendurch gereinigt) und große Rasenfläche (Fußball & co.). Ruhige Lage in der Nähe von Son Servera. Einziges Manko: keine Klimaanlage vorhanden und daher nachts sehr heiß. Guter Service seitens Property Managerin.

Die sehr schöne Finca ist super ausgestattet und hat eine sehr gute Lage. Wir habe einen sehr sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht und werden wieder kommen. Auch die Verlängerung und alle Fragen wurden umgehend von Homerti beantwortet, top Service. Liebe Grüße Annette und Lothar
