"Das Haus war wirklich super und wie beschrieben. Sauber, vollausgetattet (nur kein Fön) und sehr schön. Die Verbräuche gehen schnell hoch, kWh Tarif ist hoch und es wird mit Strom geheizt. Aber wenn man den Kamin anschmeisst kann man es sich schön machen. Kommunikation mit der Agentur Novasol war sehr schlecht über digitale Kanäle. Nie eine Antwort bekommen. Aber vor Ort sind sie alle nett."

"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I was sent an email with a code to the house but no directions on where to find the key. Looked around and found one of three doors to the house unlocked and walked right in. We later found the lock box. We were greeted by a house that was not cleaned in the slightest. Plastic cups from a party left in the pool. A pile of dog waste next to the swingset in the yard. Pet hair on the couch with other stains. Puddle of water in one of the bathrooms from a shower that apparently...
